Cheesy Baked Fish
Cheesy Baked Fish works well with any firm white
fish fillet. I like to use sole or basa; you might also use
flounder, haddock, cod, or whatever fish fillets are available where
you live. Cheesy Baked Fish is easy to prepare and cooks
quickly; it's a good recipe when you need supper on the table right
away.
