Bean and Tortilla Stacks
Bean and Tortilla Stacks are quick and simple - the
perfect dish to make with your kids. (This recipe makes one
large tortilla stack, which might serve one hungry eater or two
kids. Multiply the amounts as needed for more servings.
You can also use small tortillas and have each person make his/her
own.) I like to top these with sour cream.
