Peachy Beef Bake

This beef recipe makes lots of food! Adjust the amounts if you have a small family or a family with small appetites! Even inexpensive cuts of beef work well in this recipe - the meat cooks up tender, moist and very tasty!

          Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
           
2 lbs   1 kg

beef stew meat (large cubes)

  Place in large casserole dish.

can (14 oz/398 mL) peaches

  Process in blender. Add to dish.

tomato paste

  Add to dish. Stir to mix well.

Worchestershire sauce

ground ginger

   

1/4 tsp

ground allspice

  Cover.

 

   

 

  Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until
