Savory Tomato Fish Fillets
These fish fillets are delicious! If you can't
find canned diced tomatoes, just buy canned whole tomatoes and chop
them coarsely. This recipe works well with any mild white
fish. If you are using frozen fillets, be sure to
thaw them first. I like to serve Savory Tomato Fish Fillets with rice and a green vegetable.
