Greek Salmon

Real Mom Prep Time:   10 minutes

          Preheat oven to 400F/205C.
1 Tbsp   15 mL

olive oil

  Drizzle over bottom of glass




  baking dish.

  500 g

salmon steaks or fillets

  Arrange in dish.


1 Tbsp   15 mL

lemon juice

  Sprinkle over fish.

1 tsp

  5 mL



1/2 tsp

  2 mL





freshly ground pepper





1/2 cup   125 mL

sliced black olives

  Arrange over fish.

small red onion, sliced




fresh tomatoes, chopped


1/2 cup

  125 mL

crumbled feta cheese


2 Tbsp

  30 mL










  Cover with foil.




  Bake for 15 minutes.
          Remove foil.




  Bake for at least 10 more




  minutes, until fish flakes with




  a fork.
