Green Spaghetti

adapted from Whole Foods for the Whole Family

Real Mom Prep Time:   just as long as it takes to cook the pasta!

1 lb   500 g

spaghetti

  Cook.
           
           
2 cups   500 mL

spinach

  Steam just until wilted.
          Place in blender.
           
     

 

   

1 cup

  250 mL

warm vegetable broth

  Add to blender.

1/2 cup

  125 mL

milk

   

1/2 cup

  125 mL

grated Parmesan cheese

   
          Blend until smooth.
           
           

 

   

 

  Drain spaghetti.
          Place in serving bowl.
           
1/4 cup   50 mL

butter

  Add to spaghetti. Toss.
           

 

   

 

  Add sauce to spaghetti. Toss

 

   

 

  until mixed well.
