Lime Fish in a Foil Packet

Real Mom Prep Time:  10 minutes

*This recipe makes one serving of fish. Multiply as needed to serve your family.*

          Preheat the oven to 450F/230C.
           
          Tear off a square of heavy-duty
          aluminum foil. (If using regular foil,
          use a double thickness.)

 

   

 

  Place the foil on the counter.

olive oil

  Brush on the center of the foil.

fish fillet

  Place on the foil.

thin slices of tomato

  Place on top of the fish.

lime juice

  Sprinkle over the fish.

  Fold the foil into an airtight packet.
           

 

   

 

  Bake for 20 minutes.

 

   

 

  Carefully open the packet (watch for

 

   

 

  steam!!) and check that the fish is
          cooked - it should be opaque and 
          flake easily with a fork.
