Meat loaf recipes: Meatloaf with More
This is one of my favourite meat loaf recipes. It takes a bit more time than other
meat loaf recipes I've tried, but it's worth it! The grated carrot and
grated cheese make it a substantial - and delicious! - main dish.
Try substituting your favourite cheese for the cheddar. Be sure to
let it cook long enough - meatloaf always takes longer than I think
it will!

Preheat oven to 350F/175C. |

Mix in a large bowl. |

milk |

bread crumbs |

Add to mixture. |

Mix well. |

Turn into greased loaf pan. |

Bake about 1 1/2 hours, until |
