Pita Pizzas

Real Mom Prep Time:   12 minutes

          Preheat oven to 400F/205C.

  Place on your work surface.

diced tomatoes, drained

  Put in a bowl. Mash with a fork.

  Spoon over the pitas.

  Spoon over pitas.



(zucchini, carrot, peppers,




spinach, broccoli, etc.)

dried basil

  Sprinkle over pitas.

dried oregano










2 cups

  500 mL

grated cheese

  Sprinkle over pitas.








          Place pitas on metal cake




  cooling racks.




  Place the cooling racks on




  baking sheets.
          Place in the oven.
          Bake for 10-15 minutes,
          until cheese is bubbly and
          starting to brown.
