Tofu Feta Pie

  Preheat oven to 350F/175C.

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

  Grease a pie plate.

  Spread in the pie plate.

butter

  Melt in a skillet.

large red onion, sliced

  Saute in skillet until soft.

 

   

 

  Spread in the pie plate.

 

   

 

   

1 lb.

  500 g

firm tofu, crumbled

  Spread over the onions.

 

   

 

   

2 Tbsp

  30 mL

soy sauce or tamari

  Sprinkle over the tofu.

feta cheese

  Spread over the tofu.
           
1/4 cup   50 mL

water

  Mix.
1/4 cup   50 mL

apple juice

  Sprinkle over pie to moisten.
           
           

 

   

 

  Bake 30 minutes or until

 

   

 

  golden.
