Banana Cottage Cheese Tofu Pie
Banana Cottage Cheese Tofu Pie is the recipe
that converted me into a lover of healthy desserts. When my
children haven't eaten anything much all day, I'm happy to give them Banana Cottage Cheese
Tofu Pie for a bedtime snack. I feel
good knowing they'll go to bed with substantial and nutritious foods
in their stomachs. They're happy just to eat pie!
Note: You'll need an unbaked pie shell.

Preheat oven to 350F/175C. |
