Tofu Feta Pie
If you've been looking for something new to do with
tofu, try Tofu Feta Pie! The soft sweet onions blend with the
salty feta cheese for a surprisingly unique flavour sensation.
(Be sure not to substitute regular onions. The sweet flavour
of red onions is the key to this healthy vegetarian recipe.)
