Tuna Celery Crunch

  Melt in a saucepan.

celery, chopped

  Add to saucepan.  Stir.

  500 mL

milk

  Gradually stir into saucepan.

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

  Cook over medium heat,
          stirring, until comes to a boil

 

   

 

  and thickens.

 

   

 

   

1 cup

  250 mL

grated cheese

  Add to saucepan.

          Heat through.

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

  Serve over rice or noodles.
