Vegetable Cheese Oat Cake
This Vegetable Cheese Oat Cake is chock-full of
nutritious ingredients - and it's delicious! You can
experiment with other herbs (try basil, thyme, or marjoram in place
of the oregano) and with other vegetables (how about a mixture of
mushrooms, carrots and zucchini?) This makes a hearty one-dish
vegetarian meal.
