Chicken with Lime Ginger Sauce

  Preheat oven to 375F/190C.

  1 kg

chicken pieces, skinless

  Place in a greased baking dish.

 

   

 

   
           

1 cup

  250 mL

plain yogurt

  Mix together.

3 Tbsp

  45 mL

lime juice

cloves garlic, crushed

   

1 tsp

  5 mL

ginger root, grated

   
     

salt

   

 

   

pepper

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

  Spoon yogurt mixture over

 

   

 

  chicken.

 

   

 

  Turn chicken pieces to coat

 

   

 

  both sides.
           

 

   

 

  Bake 50-60 minutes or until

 

   

 

  no longer pink inside.

 

   

 

   
          Serve immediately, OR
          Cover with foil and place in
          the fridge.

 

   

 

  Refrigerate for up to 1 day.
