Fish with Dill and Sour Cream

          Preheat oven to 375F/190C.

 

   

 

   

1 lb

  500 g

firm fish fillets

  Place in an oiled baking pan.

 

   

 

   
     

 

   

2 Tbsp

  30 mL

lemon juice

  Sprinkle over fish.

1 tsp

  5 mL

dried dill

   

 

   

salt

   

 

   

pepper

   
           

 

   

 

   

1/2 cup

  125 mL

sour cream

  Spread evenly over fish.

small red onion

  Cut into thick slices.

 

   

 

  Press into sour cream.

 

   

 

   
           

 

   

 

  Bake about 25 minutes, or until

 

   

 

  fish flakes easily with a fork.
