Simple Salmon Pie

Real Mom Prep Time:   7 minutes

          Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
           
1 can   1 can

 salmon (not drained)

  Flake into a bowl.

(7 oz)

  (213 g)

 

   

 

   

 

   

1 cup

  250 g

whole wheat cereal, crushed

  Add to bowl.
2 Tbsp   30 mL

melted butter

   

1 Tbsp

  15 mL

lemon juice

   

2 tsp

  10 mL

parsley

   

1/4 tsp

  1 mL

pepper

eggs, lightly beaten

   
     

 

   

 

   

 

  Mix well.

 

   

 

  Press into a greased pie plate.

 

   

 

  Bake 20 minutes or until firm.
