Creamy Pasta with Tuna

Real Mom Prep Time:   just as long as it takes to cook the pasta!

  Cook. Drain. Return to pot.

  Melt in a saucepan.

minced onion

  Add. Cook until tender.

  30 mL


  Add. Cook for a few seconds.




1 1/2 cups   375 mL


  Whisk in gradually.




  Simmer until thickened,




  stirring constantly.

frozen peas, thawed

  Add. Stir to mix.

tuna, drained


1/3 cup

  75 ml

chopped green onion


1/4 cup

  50 mL

grated Parmesan cheese

1 Tbsp   15 mL

dried parsley









  Pour sauce over pasta.




  Stir gently to mix.
