 Taco Salad

Real Mom Prep Time:   20 minutes total!

  Heat in a large skillet.

  Add to skillet. Cook till soft.

  Add to skillet.

  Cook, breaking up meat

dried oregano

  with a spoon, until meat




  is no longer pink.




  Drain fat.

kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  Add to skillet. Stir to combine.

  1 L

tortilla chips

  Spread on dinner plates.




  Divide meat mixture over chips.

shredded lettuce

  Scatter over top.

  Top with sour cream or yogurt.
