Vegetable Cheese Oat Cake

Real Mom Prep Time: 16 minutes

 

   

 

  Preheat oven to 400F/205C.

 

   

 

   

1 cup

  250 ml

cottage cheese

  Combine in a large bowl.

  250 mL

rolled oats

   

2 Tbsp

  30 mL

soy sauce or tamari

   

1 Tbsp

  15 mL

oregano

   

 

   

salt

   

 

   

pepper

   

 

   

 

   

1 Tbsp

  15 mL

vegetable oil

  Heat in a skillet.

 

   

 

   

1 cup

  250 mL

chopped onion

  Add to skillet.

 

   

 

  Saute until golden.

 

   

 

   

1 cup

  250 mL

chopped carrots

  Add to skillet.
          Saute for 2-3 minutes more.
           
          Add vegetable mixture to
          bowl.
          Mix well.
          Spread into greased square
          baking pan.

 

   

 

  Bake for 20 minutes.
