Ideas for making this recipe your own

    • Try using another cheese in place of the Cheddar.

    • What other steamed vegetables could you add to the casserole? How about some steamed green beans, or asparagus?

    Tips

    • I use not only the broccoli flowerets, but also most of the stalk. I cut off the woody end, and then peel off and discard the tough outer skin of the remaining stalk.

I wanted to let you know that the Parmesan Chicken recipe was absolutely wonderful. My son had seconds and ate some the next day for leftovers. My four year old ate it without a fuss also!
