Healthy dessert recipes let you have your cake and feel good too!
I'm so glad I've learned about healthy dessert recipes! Eating dessert has always been an important part of my day. However, I am trying to eat healthy foods these days - and so many traditional dessert recipes are full of too much sugar and fat.
Fortunately, I was able to find lots of healthy dessert recipes that are as nutritious as they are delicious. Some of the fruit recipes have no added sweetener at all. Others are flavoured with honey or maple syrup.
If a recipe really does require sugar, I've cut down the amount of sugar while still retaining the goodness of the original recipe.
Here are some of my favourite healthy dessert recipes.
