This whimsical Crocodile Cuke makes a great Thanksgiving appetizer.

A traditional Thanksgiving dinner, of course, includes a roast turkey.

Once the turkey is cooked, you can make gravy.

I love to pour gravy over Mashed Potatoes.

The best part of cooking a turkey is that you can make Stuffing!

Cranberry Sauce tastes great with turkey. It also adds a splash of vibrant color to the plate. I was surprised to discover how easy it is to make your own cranberry sauce!

I highly recommend Candied Sweet Potatoes. The sauce is just sweet enough to make this an extra-delicious side dish.

This simple Butternut Squash dish is a nice accompaniment to the sweet potatoes.

For visual interest, you need a green vegetable. My husband insists that Brussels Sprouts be a part of every Thanksgiving meal.

You may also want to serve rolls, a tray of pickles, and a green salad.

Don't forget dessert! Sweet Potato Pie is the perfect ending to a wonderful Thanksgiving meal.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I just want to take the time to say thank you for your wonderful newsletter and website. As a single mom and someone who has never even remotely liked cooking, it is a lifesaver to have these newsletters come to me with quick and easy healthy meal ideas that I can make and that my kids and myself really enjoy.

Thank you for the newsletter recipes! The Spanish Roast is absolutely fabulous and easy! I had to make it once again for some friends of mine. What a hit!! I put it in an oven bag this time, and the roast just fell apart - delicious! Looking forward to more recipes to add to my collection.
