Food Processor Recipes Let You Make Fancy Dishes with Ease!
I wish I’d had some good food processor recipes years ago! I received a food processor as a wedding gift, but never really knew what to do with it. I used it mostly for grating cheese and chopping onions – but since I stored the food processor at the very back of the cupboard, I usually decided it was easier to grate cheese with a hand grater, or chop onions with a knife, rather than get the machine out.
Then I discovered these food processor recipes! I’d never make these dishes without a food processor – but with one, they are easy! Of course, they are also delicious and nutritious, like all of the quick meals on my site. Now I keep my food processor nearer the front of the cupboard because I use it regularly!
Food processors tend to be durable and reliable appliances. I’ve had mine for 12 years now and counting, and it still works as well as it did when it was new. It’s just a standard sized food processor with no fancy features, and it does everything I would ever need it to do.
You can also buy small food processors. These are nice because they can stay on the counter, readily accessible when you need them. They are especially useful for chopping onions and herbs, making pesto, or shredding cheese.
Thanks for your quick meals. I'm a stay home Mom but always on the go. I'm also caregiver to my brother who is a paraplegic so your recipes have been a big help when I'm pressed for time.

Cheesy Potato Casserole
is just what it sounds like: warm, cheesy potatoey goodness. It's substantial enough to be a main dish. (I like to serve it with a green salad.) Using a food processor, I can have this in the oven in less than 20 minutes.
